For temperature control and desired air movement, the AmazonBasics tent provides a cool-air port and adjustable ventilation. Open the back window and the large front door for excellent cross-through ventilation—the door is hooded for optimal airflow, even when it’s raining. A ground vent and the mesh vents on the roof help move air up and out.

Excellent tent coped very well in wind and rain in scotland
Excellent tent. Easy to set up on my own. Very spacious inside. Guy lines could be better.. maybe more high visibility. Tent pegs adequate but had to buy spares. Coped very well during high levels of wind and rain in scotland recently. It was certainly well tested. Water was completely kept out. Great ventilation byn3 windows and the upper netting covered by the rain fly. Durable zips. Though did keep catching the rain protector flap. Ventilation kept out the ‘tent’ smell you often get. Easy to disassemble. Not the easiest to get back into the carry bag could do with it being a little larger as the zip broke when putting it away. Fairly light given the size of the the tent. Good value for money and meant I had a very enjoyable 5 day camling experience in challenging weather conditions

Really easy and functional
This was so quick and easy to put up and take down, and it all fit back in the very compact bag without too much of a struggle. In our case it was, literally, child’s work, as the 12-yr olds put it up and took it down themselves, only needed help when folding it back up in the right shape to fit in the bag. (The bag is a rectangle with two handles, not suitable for carrying long distances.) Four youngsters fit comfortably inside, four fully grown adults would be ok if gear left elsewhere. We were lucky with the weather so can’t assess the water tightness, though it looks like it would do fine if properly assembled. It can get hot inside in the sun, but the open mesh all around helps a lot with ventilation, and the waterproof rainfly is completely removable for complete air circulation. Good quality for money, surpassed expectations, and super quick delivery.

Great bargain tent. Weather proof. Zip isn’t great.
Good price, arrived quickly.Easy to assemble.Very spacious, it accommodated 2 adults and 4 children easily, on 4 beds.We camped through very heavy and persistent rain for 2 nights and this tent showed no problems at all.Very impressed.Only reason for not giving it 5 stars = the zipper (door) frequently becomes snagged, especially when the children are opening/closing the tent.I’d expect it to break after constant use by excited little hands.Apart from that – very impressed.

Actually really good!
I took this tent to the Download Festival 2022 for 5 nights camping.. it was easy to put up (I had a practice run at home to make sure it was ok) and was pretty easy to pack up.I would call this a roomy 2 man tent.. or a great 1 man with lots of storage space.The groundsheet of the tent seemed a little thin.. but no tears on this occasion.Double layer means you don’t have to worry about ingress of water, which was great.Yea, I was happy with this.. surprised I didn’t see another one there.. value was great.

Single handedly the WORST tent I have ever experienced or purchased!!!!
This has to be single handidly the worst tent i have had the misfortune to have bought!!! I should have known better given the price, however thought I would give it a go. The flexible poles were awful and snapped in several places whilst trying to erect the tent. the material was flimsy and to top it off the metal clips sewn in to the tent to position the poles simply came away under pressure so there was no structure to the tent!! The tent pegs were cheap and wouldnt hold a carrier bag in place let alone a tent, all in all sadly I have to give it one star to leave this review, however in all honesty I am agrieved at having to give it even one star!! Steer clear spend a little extra and get something with some structure and that will last

Amazon Basics 4-ppl tent
The tent is good. Really easy to assemble and large enough for 2 adults and two kids. It held well against the rain in the first my time I used it. The only issue is that when I was packing I noticed the fabric where the poles slide inside was tear off at the top

Would buy again great for garden camping
Bought mainly for camping in the garden during lockdown and was great for this.Fortunately ornl us bought before demand for camping kit rocketed so was a bargain price. However ended up using it for a break on (what turned out to be very cold and windy) for a family of 4 with 1 dog….not going to lie, it was cozy for all of us in there but it was only for 3 nights and we each had enough room for a roll mat. Luggage/food etc stayed in the car. Light rain was good however for the down pours we put a gazebo over it to be on the safe side. It held up to strong winds. Unfortunately we now have a hole in the top it rubbed on something sharp and not through a fault in the tent) and it is likely that it will only be used for its original purpose of garden camps however I do intend to patch it.Would recommend and buy again if needs be .

Very easy to construct tent. The two windows allow for good ventilation. I used the tent for two people and it has plenty of space left for luggage. Its also easy to transport in the delivered bag. However not suitable for hiking, as it is a bit big.

Einfaches Igluzelt was seinen Zweck erfüllt. Für Personen über 1.80 wird es allerdings eng beim Schlafen. Auf- und Abbau sind absolut einfach und selbst mit meinem 7jährigen machbar. Besonders positiv finde ich die großen lüftungsflächen. Eine kabeldurchführung ist vorhanden und auch bei Sturm steht es stabil.Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die Heringe. Etwas zu kurz und aus verchromten Rundstahl was sandigen Böden etwas schwierig ist. Profilierte wären besser. Trotzdem gibt’s 5von5 für den Preis.

Nous l’avons testé dans la cour, fait 2 jours qui pleut et aucune fuite.Nous avons rajouté des cones pour pas que les enfants mettent les pieds dans les crochets.
